What is the Trust?

The schools, the community and other partners working together to have a stronger voice and improve the lives of our children. Our partners include Manchester Metropolitan University, North West and North Midlands Co-op and DHL.They have already given help and advice to make things better for our children.

The other organisations working with us are the Town Council, Cheshire East Local Authority and the Primary Care Trust.

Additional Funding

As a charity we now have the opportunity to access additional funding
and resources that will enrich and broaden the experiences of all in the
community, particularly our children who are our future.

In just a few months we have already started:

• projects to provide all Year 6 pupils with a netbook to enhance their
  learning, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to access the electronic world;
  
  
• a project to make Alsager a regional and nationally recognised centre of excellence for singing and musical activities;
  
  
• plans to coordinate central purchasing for all our schools saving money on consumables and services, which can be redirected into community funds;
  
  
• plans to have a membership card that will give you discounts on local services.
